  • Creative prompts for art styles, gift ideas, and enhancements
• Data Retention: Cloudflare processes requests in real-time and does not permanently store your content

4.2 Apple Vision Framework & Core Image 100% LOCAL

• Purpose: Powers image cropping, editing, scanning, and basic enhancement features
• Data Processing: All image cropping, basic editing, and scanning occur 100% locally on your device
• Privacy: Your edited and scanned images never leave your device unless you choose to generate AI enhancements

4.3 Local Storage & Photo Library 100% LOCAL

• Purpose: Stores your generated artworks, chat history, and creative prompts
• Data Processing: All generation history and saved artworks are stored 100% locally on your device
• Privacy: Your creative history and artworks never leave your device

6. Local Processing & Creative Features

The following features process data entirely on your device with no external servers:

• Image Cropping: Crop and edit images using Apple's Core Image framework - all processing is local LOCAL
• Document Scanning: Scan documents and images using Vision framework - all processing is local LOCAL
• Creative History: Your generation history, saved artworks, and chat conversations stored only on your device LOCAL
• Photo Selection: Accessing and selecting photos from your library happens entirely on your device LOCAL

Data processed locally never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or third parties.

7. Data Storage and Security

• No Permanent Storage: We do not store your AI art generations, chat conversations, creative prompts, or edited images on our servers
• Real-Time Processing: AI features (art generation, chat) process requests in real-time and do not retain your data
• Local Storage Only: All generated artworks, chat history, and creative prompts are saved only to your device
• Free Generation: All AI art generation and chat features are completely free with no hidden costs
• Generation History: Stored locally on your device and can be cleared from Settings
• Security Measures: Industry-standard encryption protects data in transit to Cloudflare AI services

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Cloudflare Workers AI: To provide AI-powered features (Art Generation, Perchance AI Chat, Creative Enhancements). Image cropping and scanning are 100% local and do NOT share data.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect our rights

Note: We do NOT use advertising services. Your data is not shared with advertisers.

9. Children's Privacy

Perchance AI Mobile is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at perchanceaimobile@gmail.com, and we will delete such information immediately.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Clear History: Go to Settings → Clear History to delete all generated artworks, chat conversations, and creative prompts
• Camera Permissions: Manage camera access for scanning in iOS Settings → Privacy → Camera
• Photo Library Permissions: Manage photo access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Photos

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own when using Cloudflare Workers AI services. Cloudflare operates globally, and we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

Note: Image cropping, scanning, and local storage features process all data locally on your device and do not involve international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
